SENHENG: What is this SH*T?

Firstly tak nak lah tunjuk ke"bacat"an dan kebencian yang mendalam tahap dewa terhadap Senheng. But when I see this STILL on sale. Kemarahan tu macam membuak-buak, OK? Awak nak tipu siapa sebenarnya?
Sebenarnya cerita dia macam ni, end of last year Senheng ada offer RM50 Sengheng Online Cash Voucher. So as I'm in need of washer machine, I have my eye on this:
RM569 after discount. Normal Price: RM699 so I save RM130 disitu. Plus Lin ada voucher RM50. What a great bargain kan? Lin just need to pay RM519 for fully auto washing machine! Plus they promise to deliver my washer machine within 7 working days free-of-charge.

So, I placed my order on 25th December 2013. Kiranya paling lambat pun, tolak cuti am and Sabtu Ahad, boleh sampai semalam on 6th January 2014. 
Then on 31/12/13, someone from Senheng call me. Amoi tu cakap they will send my WM by Tuesday, 07/01/14 which is today. Lepas tu on 03/01/14, someone from Senheng call me again and bagitahu that my WM tak ada stok so they will deliver my WM paling lambat this Friday. I was like, oh OK. Tak apalah, sabar je. Then this morning, sekali lagi Senheng call me said that they CAN'T DELIVER MY WASHING MACHINE SEBAB TAK ADA STOK and I have to wait somemore. Diorang tak boleh nak bagitahu bila stok ada, maybe next week, maybe next month and they ask me whether I want to cancel my order. I was like, WHAT?! WHAT?! WHAT?! Dah tunggu lama dia suruh kita cancel pulak.
     Then rupanya bukan Lin je yang kena. Lin check Facebook Senheng, ramai betul yang buat complaint. Antaranya:
...and the complain goes on and on...

     Lin try nak call customer service tapi line asyik busy je dan yang paling tak best sekali Why they, Senheng STILL sell the same washer machine? kata dah OUT OF STOCK. Tu yang Lin bengang sangat tu. Big company tapi service like SH*T. Kalau dah janji 7 hari, kenapa dicapatikan? Lain lah kalau satu hari lambat deliver bagi seketul Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 sebagai ganti rugi tak apalah juga. Oh, pleaselah. Kalau tak dapat my washer machine by this week, memang rasa nak rage je. Adoi.

oh teruk juga tu,senheng berjenama juga...banyak yang dah complaint..akan menjejaskan reputasi syarikat itu sendiri,tiada siapa yang boleh selesaikan ?

Dah pigi kedai pun dia suruh call customer service. Masalahnya bila call CS, asyik tak dapat memanjang.

Lagi bagus beli di kedai sbb yg handle salesman bkn main call jer..salesman makan komisen, yg kamu call tu dia mkan gaji dan insentif jer..bagus pergi kedai pilih dan beli..paling bagus dan tak memeningkan..hari ini beli esok dh bleh hantar

tiap tiap hari tunggu washing machine tapi tak sampai, dah kesal beli senheng online......macam tak kisah perasaan customer lepas bisnes jadi besar....lain kali di kedai yang ada stok ....
