Banana Smoothies!

Ingredients:
5-6 bananas
500ml full cream milk
500ml cold plain water
*optional: mint leaves

Method: Blend!

Last weekend beli blender Faber baru nak buat program juicing katanya. Senang juicing-juicing ni, semua benda boleh masuk. Kalau malas makan buah, sayur. Blend je semua. HOHOHO. Lagipun next month Adam dah start makan solid food, so this is one of his essential.
