1st day puasa :]

my hubby sampai ipoh pukul 2 pagi tadi 
and kitorang terus sahur :]
seronok~
1st day puasa berjalan dengan jayanya.
and lauk time berbuka:
laksam
nasi
telur goreng
tomyam

and disebabkan aku ni selalu tak boleh berak constipation, i've decided to take Nestle Bliss 14 Day Challenge. 200g twice a day. before sahur and before berbuka to help my digestive system bekerja dengan lebih efiksyen *xboleh bla* before this pun aku selalu minum bliss perisa timun dengan lime tu, tapi tak ada la istiqamah sangat, and aku minum skali sebotol besar tu sambil study.  memang "senang keluar". so, why not aku try direct 14 days. dengardengar cerita, boleh flat kan perut sekali. hahahaha. kita tengok macam mana.



200 g x 2 serving per day for 14 days


note: 200g je? cukup ke?
