Simple Recipe: Homemade Garlic Butter

There's one time masa Lin still in Ipoh, Tesco ada jual baguette. Ya, you can easily spot baguette in Roti area tapi this one siap spread dengan butter/kaya/garlic butter. I ask them to sapu garlic butter sekali dengan kaya. Cost me RM2.80 for half baguette. Dengar macam tak sedap tapi I keep ulang-ulang beli setiap kali after kelas habis. Kenyang and menepati budget student (^_____^) 
It's easy to just buy garlic spread. Tapi ada yang dah bubuh herbs, terlampau masin and macam-macam lagi yang tak menepati cita rasa. One more thing, sangat pricey. So I decided to make it myself. Simple. 

HOMEMADE GARLIC BUTTER
Ingredients:
Buttercup separuh
7 cloves of garlic

Method:
Tumbuk garlic sampai lumat and tumiskan sikit dengan butter guna api kecil.
Bila bawang dah naik bau, letak semua butter and biar cair sendiri.
Bila dah cair, tunggu sejuk and transferkan ke dalam bekas. 
Biarkan completely sejuk and jadi macam pic dekat atas ni.
Siap dan sedia dinikmati.

Banyak variation using butter ni sebenarnya, awak boleh bubuh rosemary, daun pudina, bubuh serbuk kari pun boleh and kalau terasa nak benda-benda manis why not try bubuh madu+cinnamon and gula sikit. Happy experimenting! OK. Bakar roti, sapu kaya and garlic butter. Done ;) Jemput makan.
