Patutlah Gemuk!

Selagi tak habis minimum setengah bundle roti sekali makan, tak puas kan?
Katakan 10 keping roti sekali hadap, maknanya bersamaan 5 cawan beras or Pasta!
Tu baru breakfast, lunch nanti makan lain pulak, tea lagi then dinner lagi.
Oh my, portion control please.
