Makan apa hari ni?
Kita masak sup ayam simple je. Anak kita suka. One pot jep.
Resepi Sup Ayam
Bahan-bahan:
Ayam, bawang kecil, bawang putih, rempah sup, daun bawang, kentang, lobak, garam [tak bubuh] and minyak.
*sebenarnya bubuh apa pun boleh.

Cara: 

Guna api kecil. Tumis bawang kecil, bawang putih sampai garing macam agak-agak dah garing masuk daun sup. Tumis lah dalam 10 saat sesedap rasa. Then masukkan ayam dah dipotong kecil. Goreng sikit sampai nampak ayam tu garing kedua belah. Tak nak buat macam tu pun tak apa. Tapi there's something bout this step yang buat sup tu macam sedap. Then masukkan air, rempah sup, kentang dan lobak. Kacau dan biarkan mereneh sampai masak. Kalau nak bubuh garam ke ajinamoto ke suka hati. Lin tak makan garam dgn ajinamoto sangat, ganti dengan homemade stock ikan bilis kalau nak rasa masin sikit. Siap.
