Resepi: Stew Ayam

Most of the time, I would cook simple dish for my family and me. Simple dish bermaksud, lauk yang dah cukup vitamin and protein in one pot. Tak perlu masak lauk berasingan. Just simply-simply cook dish macam tomyam campur, sup ayam etc with a lot of sayur OR kalau separate protein+vitamin dish sekalipun, another dish mesti ulam. Kalau lagi nak cepat, buat bubur lambuk pun OK. Save time, save energy. Hahaha.
 
So today, I want to share this simple recipe: Stew Ayam. Senang je buat, campak-campak and siap. Sodap bertambah-tambah orang rumah makan sampai habis satu periuk.

Bahan-bahan A:
1/2 kg ayam [Potong kecil]
1 tangkai daun bawang
1 biji tomato potong 4
1 batang carrot potong sesuka hati anda
 
Bahan B: [Sila bancuh siap-siap dengan 1/2 cawan air]
1 sudu teh tepung jagung
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
1 sudu teh minyak bijan *optional
4 sudu besar Sos Tiram
Bahan C: [Sila hiris]
3 inci halia
3 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
3 biji cili merah
Garam
[Normally I don't put garam in my dish sebab dah ada bubuh sos tiram, Lin tak kuat masin. Tapi terpulanglah kan kat anda]
Minyak untuk menumis

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak and tumis bahan yang dihiris sampai naik bau.
2. Masukkan ayam dan kacau rata. Masuk sedikit air.
3. Masak ayam sampai masak.
4. Masukkan air bancuhan tadi, biar sampai kuah pekat.
5. Masuk tomato and daun bawang kemudian kacau sikit-sikit.
6. Siap.

Try tau. Sayur boleh bubuh macam-macam, lobak, kobis, kobis bunga, sawi etc. Jimat, cepat, and paling penting sekali: sihat. OK? Till then, Salam.

  2. xde pun dalam resepi suzlin kena bubuh sos tiram tp dekat tengah2 tu suzlin tulis suzlin letak sos tiram.....
