Detox! Day 1

Terbaca dekat wall one of my Facebook friends on detox water and how it helps her cutting those bulge fats. So, I decided to try it myself. If this doesn't work out, at least this is the fun ways to drink plain water kan? ;)
Recipe: [source]
3 quarts or 12 cups of water
2 lemons, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
10 mint leaves

Rinse everything really well. Slice lemons and cucumber. Add lemons, cucumber, and mint to pitcher. Cover with 3 quarts of water and refrigerate over night.

Oh, I do put some lime in it. Sebenarnya nak letak apa-apa pun tak apa. Strawberry, apple, orange, ginger and even cinnamon stick pun boleh. Google for the recipe and try it yourself. 

Benefit:
Mint - Mint leaves can help you lose weight because it stimulates the digestion of fat. Mint helps in eliminating toxins from the body and also helps with tummy aches.
Lemon - they are full of Vitamin C and lemon juice is a digestive aid and liver cleanser.
Cucumber - Did you know that cucumber actually has 95% water content that is actually more nutritious Lime - The citric acid  in lime is an excellent fat burner and is full of antioxidants.
