babble-ing on health and body weight~

Orang kata, kesihatan tu sangat penting dan pencegahan lebih baik daripada mengubati kan? So what did you do for that? Currently I'm struggling jaga pemakanan and dah start masak sendiri dekat rumah; well most of the time. Other than that, I prefer walking than naik motor kalau nak pergi kedai, naik tangga even ada lif, and skipping on and off every morning *sangat tak istiqamah*. Nak bersenam? Belum ada kekuatan lagi, HAHAHA.
Vitamins Intake
On the other hand, Lin ambil supplement juga. Caltrate, Vitalea +Vit B + Zinc + Vit C + ESP from Shaklee, Aspen Nutrition Omega 3, VCO and Propolis Active. Memang banyak tapi seriously ianya sangat membantu. Badan sentiasa bertenaga walaupun kadang-kadang skip makan and tak cukup tidur, kurang sakit kepala, muka bersih tak ada masalah, kurang stress, setakat ni tak pernah demam, selesema or sakit tekak lagi sejak amalkan supplement dekat atas well except allergy sebab tu dah cerita lain. Lepas ni nak buat diet plan yang involve juicing-method pulak. Hope dapat turunkan berat badan before November sampai 48kg which 8kg to go~~~! ; ) Apa-apa pun Alhamdulillah atas rezeki dan kesihatan yang tuhan beri kan? So, apa diet plan korang?

P/S: Pernah dengar pasal Aurawhite? Makan sebotol je berkesan ke?
